Following the Government’s recent announcement, sales and lettings activity can resume within England, guidance for professionals and consumers has now been published with a clear message it is not a return to normality.
At Niche Estates we have now put new measures in place to ensure that social distancing and safety are still the top priority at this time. With the new guidance covering private, social renting, and private sale, the focus will remain on virtual activity in the first instance with physical viewings only taking place where there is serious intention to rent or buy.
Niche Estates are now open for business with checks being made on all parties to ensure that no one with any Coronavirus symptoms takes part in any in-person activity. Our team will be accompanying physical viewings and seek to maintain a minimum of two metres distance from others wherever possible. We have also set a mandatory requirement for use of Gloves and masks to protect all parties in line with Government guidance.
Our staff will continue conducting Skype/Video calls and providing complimentary 3D Virtual tours for our clients. Buyers and tenants will be able to access virtual viewings and everything else they need around the clock. Regardless of how the situation develops, we will continue to remain open for business.
